Refund & Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Noire.co will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or colour, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer protection legislation. Where required by law, customers remain entitled to the remedies provided under applicable legislation.
